Question : I want to know why my Urologist told me everything is OK? he has run many test, and said all is OK, he can't help me anymore? I do have an issue!

I am sorry to hear that your urologist has not been very communicative with you about your problem. You mention that you have problems with ejaculation. The most common cause of ejaculation issues is medication. Please give us a list of your medications so I can review them and determine if they are the cause. It's your duloxetine that is causing your ejaculation issues. If you can stop it then your ejaculation problems will stop
