Brief Answer:
Do not worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Bleeding or periods are likely to occur at expected period date or within 5-10 days of removal of Mirena.
Bloated stomach can be due to the withdrawal effect of the hormone in Mirena or due to premenstrual period.
There is nothing to worry.
If you do not get periods at your expected date, then pregnancy should be ruled out by urine pregnancy test.
However, pregnancy is highly unlikley while on Mirena.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
