What Causes Delayed Menstruation After A Decapeptyl Shot?

Question: I have been given Decapeptyl 3.6mg single shot injection on Oct 26, 2015 in order to treat adenomyosis. I got my periods on Nov 7, 2015 but now its been 90 days i have not received my periods. In between we checked our level of estradiol as per doctors advice on Dec 19, 2015 the level was 36. Doctor told that i will be getting my periods in 4 weeks. But till now i dont have any symptoms of periods. Kindly advice.
