Question : i missed my period for 2 months, recently got it in the beginning of this month for the days its always came (4) but now when i wipe i see a little blood brown, red and pink. what could this be?

Please do a urine pregnancy test first in case you have had any unprotected sexual activity.
If the test is negative then nothing to worry and just have a nite of flow in next few months from now.
In case this persists then get an ultrasound done.
