Question : i have had no period for two months i get aggitated very easily (mood swings). i lose my breath when i bend down to pick stuff up and some nights i wake up a couple times. i took 3 pregnancy test last month all negative and i have a hard time finding a comfortable position to sleep in. i also have been cramping this last month at the end of the month and my boobs get really sore and go away then it will come back later through out the day.

Thanks for the query to HCM,
The evidence of amenorrhoea since last 2 months with pregnancy test being negative indicate that the delay may be either due to following causes---PCOD ( polycystic ovarian disease), Hypothyroidism or hyperprolactinemia or stress induced.
The presence of mood swings and sore breasts and lower abdominal cramps form a part of premenstrual syndrome and indicate that your menses are to ensue in next few days. So please be patient and wait fr menses to arrive. If the menses do not arrive in next few days then you may opt for a withdrawal bleed with progesterones to resume your menses. In the meantime you may use hot fomentation to soothe sore breasts and if required NSAIDS for pain relief.
Please get a hormonal profile and an ultrasound pelvis done to rule out the above possible causes. Most likely cause in your case could be PCOD.
