Question : Hi Dr, my wife has got delay in her periods. Home Pregnancy test negative . Her last mensural cycle date was XXXXXXX 10. Is there XXXXXXX treatment required or we can wait ? .

Or she is having any hormonal issues like low thyroid ,PCOD,high prolactin etc.
If not investigated before ,she can go for a gynaec check up including hormonal analysis and ultrasound scan of pelvis.
