Question: I am a couple days late on my menstration. Moderate lower abdominal/ pelvic cramping. on and off nausea in the morning and evening times. Made worse when eating or sudden movements.

It happens some tomes during the menstrual cycles. Nothing much serious. You'll feel better in 2 days. If the pain is very severe you can take any antispasmodic along with the anti emetic like TAB. Bonine half an hour before food. You can use a hot water bottle to massage over the abdomen which gives a better relief.
