Question : Hi Doctor XXXXXXX I left the birth control pills on Saturday but I haven't come on yet do u know of any herbal things that will boost it to come? I know you said I shd have that medication and it will decrease the flow, my only worry is that do u think because I left the pill after taking it for 18 days instead of the 21 it could take longer to come? What do u reckon? Thank you

Hi XXXX it is unlikely that it will get late than today.
And to get relieved from it early take tablet tranexemic acid three times a day till the flow us there.
Usually it doesn't make any difference in case you leave the last 2-3 tablets so don't worry about that aspect.

Thank you doctor, hopefully by tonight I should get them... InshaaAllah...
However doctor, I did leave the last 2-3 tablets as I took it for 18 days and not 21 so doesn't that mean it will make a difference? And is it necessary to take the inactive tablets? Today is the 4th day since iv left the pill.

Hi doctor I did get them on Wednesday night Alhamdullilah. However doctor I'm suffering a lot with boils by my backside thighs and private areas and it's very painful I can't even urinate. Which anti biotic can I take? But I heard taking anti biotic kills the pill what should I do?

No dear you can take antibiotic for 3 days and then see the response as antibiotics do decrease the efficacy of oral pills but in your case it won't affect as you are taking it in the very start of your pill cycle.
So take tablet Amoxiclav 625 mg three times a days for 3 days and apply T-bact or siver sulphadiazine ointment on the affected area twice a day.
I hope it will be fine soon at the sane time wear cotton based undergarments and keep the area dry and clean.
