Brief Answer:
Chances of any cancer less likely

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Not having monthly periods for a year is suggestive of the fact that you have attained menopause.
Hot flashes are a common symptom in the postmenopausal period.
Bloating and constipation can be due to many reasons like chronic constipation, less fibre in diet or sedentary lifestyle.
Ovarian or any other type of genital cancer is less likely.
I will suggest you to get a whole abdomen ultrasound done to evaluate any obvious pathology, if present.
You can also consult a physician or a gastroenterologist for proper evaluation and treatment of your complains.
I suggest you not to worry.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Please do get back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
Get your blood sugar levels checked

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, no these are not at all the symptoms of ovarian cancer.
Excessive appetite can be due to diabetes, so I suggest you to get your blood sugar levels done.
Don't be worried, and the vaginal ultrasound will rule out any ovarian cancer.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
Symptoms described

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Symptoms of ovarian cancer are ovarian enlargement , lump in abdomen, abdominal distension, loss of weight and loss of appetite.
Symptoms of endometrial or uterine cancer are heavy bleeding during periods, and bleeding between periods.
Symptoms of cervical cancer are bleeding in between the periods, bleeding after intercourse and foul smelling vaginal discharge.
I think you don't have any of these symptoms, so chances of cancer are not there.
You can get back to me with the ultrasound report so that I can further reassure you.
Moreover, cervical cancer needs local examination, as ultrasound will not be able to diagnose it.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
Ultrasound will give a clearer picture

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Don't be so worried. However, getting concerned about one's health is natural.
Abdominal distension can be due to ovarian lump, or prolonged sitting hours you have during your job hours.
The ultrasound will give the definite picture regarding any ovarian cancer, however I am still of the view that there are very less chances.
Not having periods for 11 months is not to be concerned about, its a sign that you have attained menopause.
I suggest you not to be too stressed as it will affect your general health.
The ultrasound and examination due will clear the diagnosis.
