I am 22 years old 123 pounds and haven't had a Minstrel period sense september 18. I have taken like 16 pregnancy tests I bought all say negative. what could be the cause of this I'm very scared.

I understand your concern and I will try to help you.

Except of pregnancy there are other many reasons that can cause missed periods .
At your age the most common reason is hormonal imbalances .
Hormonal imbalances can be due to :
Excess stress
changing schedules
Lost or gain weight
Exercises
PCOS
thyroid dysfunction ect

Hence in my opinion you should try to be calm and wait to come this month periods.
If periods will not come this month , than you should contact with a gynecologist for a detailed examination,like:
ultrasound scan
hormonal tests(LH,FSH,TSH,Prolactin)
