What Causes Delayed Menstruation With Vaginal Spotting?

Question: I am Female 24 years. I had my last periods starting 29th December'16 which lasted for 5 days. I had unprotected sex with my Boy Friend post that during January but am sure that he didn't cum inside me. Around 21st XXXXXXX i had a brownish spotting very light which lasted for less than an hour. I have been having all PMS Symptoms since the past week- with cramping, back pain etc. however i have not got my periods yet. Is this pregnancy? I do not have any other specific symptoms related to pregnancy.

The absence of periods with a mild spotting near the time of periods can be an implantation bleeding. The chances of pregnancy are there due to precum even if your boyfriend did not ejaculate inside.
it's best to do a urine test and see if the test is negative. if the test is negative then pregnancy is ruled out and you can wait for your periods to begin. The periods can get delayed due to stress and anxiety also.
