What Causes Delayed Menstruation?

Question: My periods were due on 26th of last month and its been 13 days I've not had my period yet. I took two home pregnancy tests 10 days after my period was due both of which showed a negative. I do not have my other pregnancy symptoms. However I did have unprotected sex with my boyfriend on 2nd of last month. I have also been at the peak of my stress around 22-23rd of last month and often took anti depressants and sleep inducing pills. Also I've had irregular periods for past 7-8 months but not this delayed. Could I be pregnant?

I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
As your pregnancy test is negative 10 days after your missed period date,the chances of pregnancy are not there in your case.
Period maybe delayed due to so many causes other than pregnancy,so you should wait for 2 more weeks.
If you will not resume it in 2 weeks, you can take progesterone for withdrawal bleeding after consulting your treating doctor.
