Brief Answer:
Please get investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for posting your query.

Please get investigated to know the cause of this delay. If you are sexually active and do not use any contraception, please test for pregnancy either through a HPT or the blood test.

If positive, you should get a clinical evaluation by an expert and get a trans-vaginal sonogram to know the location of the gestation sac and the age of the pregnancy.

If negative, wait for a week to see if you attain a period. If not, go for further investigation with blood work, urinalysis and hormone profile. You may then be suggested hormones to induce a period.

Hope your query has been answered. Please feel free to contact for further information. I will be happy to help.

regards,
Shanti.V.
