What Causes Delayed Periods After Taking I Pill?

Question: Hello doc,
I had intercorce with my gf in the middle of her cycle. After sex she had ipill and within 4-5 days she got her periods in which she got extra flow.
now its been 45 days . She is missing her periods. Is it possible that she can be pregnent after ipill and periods.
Please help me with it.

Ipills cause a delay in next periods as its a hormonal drug and changes the pattern .

Do not worry she will get her periods. It will take some time.
