Question : hi I have ave been suffering from delayed cycle since few months. Now, my HCG is 54684mU/ml. i had last period on 10th April. Please tell me if I m pregnant?

HCG always has to be measured every 48 hrs to note the relative increase in level . Only then can pregnancy be confirmed . Yes it's a possibility that you are pregnant . You need to repeat the hcg levels after 8th48 hrs of the first one to note there is increas. There should be a doubling of the hcg level . Only can then pregnancy be confirmed . But yes , your levels are higher than normal at present .

But ma'am I have not been sexually active since I have had my last periods. Is that possible in this case aswell?
Also, i started with regesterone last night. Does that increase HCG content in body. Coz I got positive urine HCG values.

hcg only positve in pregnancy

Hcg is a hormone only present in pregnancy . Rarely it increases in certain tumors . If you have been sexually active even just before your last period pregnancy must be ruled out . Get an ultrasound asap . Regestrone doesn't increase hcg levels .

Dear ma'am
I wonder how is it possible if i had my periods after my sexual activity that too heavy bleeding on first day.
I would want to terminate this. Can you please suggest me some safe abortion pill.

You have to get an ultrasound first to confirm geststional age . Abortion by medicine can only be done if the pregnancy is within 7 weeks old . Since you have irregular cycles you have to determine age if the pregnancy first . An usg will do that . Also these medicines are prescription and you have to see your doctor for a written prescription . Get an ultrasound first then see your doctor .
