Question : Hi i have missed my periods last month and this month still awaiting i dono the reason as m not pregnant! I exercised regularly last month and m also not obese

If you had been sexually active last month, get your urine pregnancy test done. If not, get a ultrasound lower abdomen done. Please reply with thanks.

No i have not been sexually active! Is there any other thing tat i can do or try before going to the do tor pls advise cos i cant afford togo to the doc now

Thanks for writing back. If you have not been sexually active, you need not worry as you cannot be pregnant. I would insist you to get a ultrasonography of lower abdomen done. That will help in ruling out polycystic ovarian disease which is quite a common cause for missing periods. Also get your thyroid profile checked. If you do not wish to go to a doctor you can upload the report and I will try to help you out further.
