Question : I take 150mg of Wellbutrin and 5 mg of citropram and still feel depressed, no energy and tired. What should I do?

I'm sorry you are not feeling well. Fortunately, the answer here is straightforward. You should increase the dose of Citalopram slowly until reaching 40mg, the maximum dose. If this does not work, the Wellbutrin dose can then be increased, up to a maximum of 300mg dailly. With higher doses, you will almost certainly begin to feel better over time.

I take Wellbutrin in the morning and citrolpram in the evening so I can sleep better should this change also?
