Question : I just got an IUD Merina for heavy bleeding at age 41. I have had chronic diahreah for at least 20 years and now I wonder if the strain pushed it out because I've been bleeding since it was put in. I have either Lupus or Rhuemitoid arthritis so I take meds for that on occasion but not very often if I can help it. Is there a dietary or natural thing to do for any of this?

Hello. I understand your health concerns.
There is nothing to worry as it is very common to have bleeding and irregular spotting after mirena insertion.
Take tablet tranexemic acid 500 mg thrice a day for two days. You can ask about it to your doctor
It will stop bleeding and you will feel better
