Brief Answer:
different causes for chronic diarrhea

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

There are different possible causes of chronic diarrhea and you would need to consider visiting your doctor for an assessment if possible.

The most common causes are: (1) irritable bowel syndrome- this is one of the most common causes

(2)inflammatory bowel disease-this consist of conditions where there are non infectious causes of inflammation of the bowel. The most common types are ulcerative colitis and crohn's disease

(3)hormonal related conditions eg high levels of thyroid hormone can also cause persistent diarrhea

(4)infections of the bowel- this is not as common but would need to be considered

(5)side effect of medication

(6)allergy to particular foods - if you find it occurs with any food that you eat then this is not likely

To determine the cause your doctor will need to take a complete history of your symptoms (noting any additional symptoms that may be occurring), any medications.
Physical examination of the abdomen

A stool test would be needed at a lab- this would check for infection for eg
Blood tests would also be needed- again checking for infection, checking for inflammation, thyroid disease
Imaging of the abdomen would likely be needed

The treatment would depend on the cause found.

In terms of the pain, this may be related to - ovarian cysts or any other lesion in the ovaries, endometrisis- tissue in the endometrium (internal lining of the uterus) found in places where is should not be.
An ultrasound of the pelvis would be able to identify any changes.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
