Question : i have taken the z-pack for bronchitis for 5 days, and now still 8 days later have diarrhea and lots of gas.
How can i get my bowels back to normal

The diarrhoea you are suffering from is probably due to antibiotics that you took for bronchitis. You should take yoghurt with your meals and take 1 or 2 probiotic capsules daily.

Avoid spicy and oily food and also avoid food which is high in fibre for some time. Give it time and it will improve in due course of time.
