Question : I took antibiotics for an infection a couple weeks ago and got super sick(watery diarrhea, nausea, not appetite) but i took probiotics and ate a lot of yougurt and it started to get better and last night i went out and watched a basketball game and drank a few beers and this morning i had a type 6 bowe movement, luckily i was by a toilet. Is this because of the alcohol?

Yes,this is most probably due to alcohol which is known to cause diarrhea and abdominal discomfort so you should definitely avoid it for at least 10 days.
