Brief Answer:
Possible Restrictive eating disorder

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I can certainly understand your concern.

You possibly seem to have Avoidant or Restrictive Food eating Disorder.

This is usually not a major concern unless associated with weight loss and nutritional deficiencies.

Loose stool issue is not related to your current condition.

I generally prescribe my patients with a short course of medications like Escitalopram (SSRI'S) and few sessions of CT(cognitive and behaviour therapy) for a symptomatic improvement, this medicine is available only on prescription by a doctor.

Continue with regular programmed exercise protocols.

Also, I advise you to get screened for thyroid function through complete Thyroid profile test.

Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these pills and tests for you.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.

These values are mildly elevated.

This could be a consequence of weight loss.
