Question : Feel like fever but no fever. Palms are hot and stomach has gastric troubles with loose stools and mucous .severe fatigue in morning and continues whole day...these problems are for the last ten days after recovering from viral fever...

I have gone through your query and do understand your concern.
Kindly mention your age and gender.
As you are recovering from viral illness, the symptoms mentioned by you do occur post viral fever. For this I would suggest you to take plenty of water. Eat adequate food and take rest.
For stomach trouble-- take Capsule omeprazole 20 mg twice daily half an hour before food for a week. Avoid spicy food, alcohol and smoking. Add more fibers to your diet and avoid meat for few days.

If this continues few investigation need to be done
1. Hb estimation to rule out anemia
2. Random blood sugar to rule out hypoglycemia
3. Thyroid function test ( Hot palms are noted with hyperthyroidism)
