Question : Hi Doctor, I am having a bad food poisoning. I think its because i ate old foods Now I am having bad loose motion and vomited once. Hat to do now?

Brief Answer: Rehydrate yourself Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for your query. Do not take any medication to stop the loose stools. The bad food you ate much leave the system completely. Take ample amount of fluids with a pinch of salt in it or take Oral rehydration solution powders available in the market. Also, take racecadrotil powder 2 to 3 sachets per day mixed in water, this will prevent water loss from the body. Wish you good health. regards,
