Brief Answer:
stool examination needed

Detailed Answer:
Hi
welcome to HCM,

since you have fever, a likely cause of your symptoms is infective. But you have two other reasons that can cause diarrhea. Both Diverticulitis and hyperthyroidism can cause diarrhea. You may need to review your thyroid functions.
Since Immodium and pepto Bismol apparently gave no relief, you do need a stool examination.
Till you see a doctor or get a stool examination, I can suggest the following. Take black tea with lemon juice to bind your stools, avoid milk, take a mixture of soya milk plus yoghurt (it arrests most cases of diarrhea), and a good probiotic and carrot soup.
There are many other drugs, but I would not like to advise you to take them without a stool examination.

Hope this helps. Regards
