What Causes Diarrhea, Headaches And Feelings Of Dizziness?

Question: Hi, I had diarrhoea a few days ago but have now recovered. However, ever since I recovered, I have been having headaches and feelings of dizziness, whenever I stand or sit up. They only last a few seconds but it is definitely a new thing. My head also throbs and hurts when I bent over to pick stuff up.
Brief Answer:
Please, drink more fluids!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.
I am so sorry to hear about these symptoms that you have reported. They are suggestive of low blood pressure and this most likely caused by excess fluid loss during the diarrhea. I will advise that you drink much fluids, as much as possible and avoid long upright positions. This would be very helpful in addressing your symptoms.
I wish you well and hope this helps. Thanks for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

thanks doc! Is there nothing else for me to do?
Brief Answer:
Keep yourself well hydrated and that is all!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
There is nothing beyond getting enough fluids. That is the treatment and am confident you can get it at home. No need for medical intervention at this time.
I wish you well.
