Brief Answer:
Nexpro and aciloc can cause these symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
Hello ,
Welcome to the HCM.

Dear first of all dont worry, every symptom of GIT does not signal for cancer. Since you have been taking nexpro (esmoprazole) and aciloc (ranitidine) for the treatment of gastritis. Esmoprazole can cause clostridium (bacterial) associated diarrhea and aciloc can also cause loose motions as a side effect.
Stopping these medicines for a while and discussing with your treating doctor for changing the dose or group of medicines could help to subside these complaints.

I would also like to suggest to get a stool test done just to rule out any bacterial loose motions.

Take care and pay attention on your diet too.You will be fine.
Regards,
Dr. Maheshwari
