Question : heres a list of my current symptoms

1. diarreha

2.bloating and upper abdominal tightness

3. fatiuge

4. a little disorientation

These symptoms are suggestive of indigestion or food poisoning. But i need to know more information.

Since how long you are having these symptoms?
Do you have fever?
Did you had any food from outside ?

As of now drink plenty of water , avoid non veg food , oily food and eat more of fruits and vegetables. If symptoms persists get stool routine test and ultrasound abdomen scan done.

But first kindly let me know the details asked.
