What Causes Diarrhea With Yellow Floating Stool?

Question : I have been having periodic diarrhea and most times there are white, brown or yellow floating large bean looking things floating. I tried to poke one and it was hard, but floats. They are symmetrical and long/oval, like small eggs or large jelly beans. They seem to be more frequent and started about 6 months ago. Any ideas?

What you are experiencing seems to be related to:
- fat malabsorption
- a side effect of Kombiglyze
- ova parasite infection

If you were my patient I would recommend to do the following examinations to find out what is causing diarrhea:
- Stool tests for malabsorption
- Ova parasite stool test
- Abdominal ultrasound
