Question: my one nip is bigger in dia and legth to other as i used to stretch in my childhood days , is their any cure or medication to reduce its size?i have become obsesed with the problem?

To recapitulate: Male/23 - one nip/nipple is bigger in diameter and lenght - stretched in childhood - wants to know an cure or medication to reduce its size - obsessed - asked to Psychologist only ...
In many people the sizes of either of the two vary a bit although may not be easily noticed.
First of all, you are a male hence the botheration is far less.
There is no medication for such a problem and being a may you can opt for correctional surgery if it is troubling a lot psychologically.
Please post the photos of both the nips together for me to see and understand your problems better.

No, there are no medicines or exercises to reduce the size.
Seen the photos.
I would advise you to get ultrasonography of both the breasts to know the underlying problem so that a Proper solution can be found out.
