Question : Of late when I wake up in the morning, I feel I can't inhale as much as I could before and my chest feels blocked. what does it indicate

The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of -
1. A chest condition like bronchiAl asthma or COPD.
2. A cardiac lesion like heart failure.

I think I would suggest that you have a test -
1. PFT.
2. Echocardiography.
