Question : I am a 60 year old male with bipolar mood disorder and associated medications. I also take viagra occasionally. I am having a very hard time reaching orgasm even though things feel very good. Is there a medication that can help me?

Hi,

I do not think that some specific medicine is needed right now. I think that some of your mood disorder medications are effecting your sexual function. Bring this to the notice of your Psychiatrist as well. He can supplement other medications with the ones which may are causing this.

Also, if you have diabetes, please get that treated as strictly as possible. This also contributes to sexual dysfunction.
