My husband has recently developed an issue. His fingers bend and clench and he cannot open up his hand. He has to pry each finger open. What do you think?

Clenching has occurred here times in last week, after opening hand , its fine. Neck pain in the morning, but may be related to sleep issues (sleeps sitting up)

Any headache, vomiting, seizure, visual loss, hearing abnormalities, previous stroke, operation, diabetes, hypertension?
Any frothing, tongue bite, facial twitching, movements in legs or other part of body?
Examination by a neurologist or physician is required.
Mri brain and eeg may be required too.
