Question : I'm having trouble breathing with my nose while sleeping horizontally. When I become vertical the breathing is better. My nose feels a little dry.
Brief Answer:
Apply saline nasal drops. Nasal rinse will help.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone carefully through the details and understand your concern. You need to continue the steam inhalation. It will help in moistening the respiratory tract. Also use Nasoclear Saline Nasal Drops to clear nose block. I would also insist you to visit an ENT specialist to get a rhinoscopy done. It will help in ruling out any obstructive cause. The doctor will also be able to demonstrate how to give saline rinse of the nasal cavity which should help in providing relief.
Let me know if I could help further.
