Question : I took the depo shot in January and haven't taken it since and me and my husband are trying to have a baby and I'm not having any luck...... I know I can have kids but I am having trouble now

You had the Depo Provera injection in January and now you are wanting to get pregnant. The depo Provera injection may last up to a year or more so I would counsel you not to get upset yet about getting pregnant. The time from first injection to returning to normal ovulation maybe up to 18 months after the injection.

So it's not me? When is the least like 6 months or 8 months to a year? I took 3 test and they came back positive but very faded

Yes you are correct it is not you. The medication can prevent pregnancy up to 18 months from your last shot. You need to give it another 6-8 months before you see a doctor and try to discover if there are any reasons for not getting pregnant.
