Brief Answer:
Likely to be due to stress or anxiety

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for writing in.

These symptoms like difficulty in concentration and finding it difficult to drive are likely to be stress or anxiety related. When the mind is not totally free and relaxed, it can result in problems like poor concentration and reduced confidence in doing tasks. I would suggest that you take her to a psychiatrist for a detailed evaluation and counselling. Sometimes, a mild dose of an anti-anxiety medication may be required for a short period of time. You can also ask her to try mind relaxation techniques like deep breathing, yoga, meditation, etc.
