Brief Answer:
Not due to enlarged prostate.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. Ejaculatory difficulties and even erectile difficulties can occur after a stressful period. Corticosteroids could also be another compounding factor. Once the effects of steroids reduce, it should slowly improve.
2. Rest, physical recovery, protein rich diet along with vitamin supplements will be helpful during this recovery phase.
3. As there is no erectile difficulties, ejaculation with good support should occur.
4. There is no problem of enlarged prostate, as there is no complete urinary retention.

Not to worry. He will improve. Improvement in diet is necessary.

Hope it helps.
