Thank you for asking Health care magic.
I have gone through your query.Your problem without ejaculation of sperms is most likely due to drugs you take for prostate.Flomax and finasteride has a side effect of retrograde ejaculation.But this is reversible.When you stop this drug the normal ejaculation will continue.
But other conditions should be ruled out.Even a enlarged prostate can cause a dry ejaculation.So it is better to have a physical examination with urologist to confirm it.
