Question : When ever my ex husband and I had sex I could feel him ejaculate inside me but now that I am remarried I cannot feel my new husband ejaculate inside me, why is that? By the way I have 2 kids by c-section, could that be a reason?

I don't think cesarean section could be a reason for that.
He may not be ejaculating inside you.
There are conditions in which this could happen like retrograde ejaculation or he may not be ejaculating at all ( aspermia).
You may do a simple test at home. Try to use condom during sex & see if semen is present in it after the sex. if not please take him to a urologist for further evaluation.

We did use a condom the other night and there was semen in it.

If it was a new experience for you to use a condom, then this may be the reason. As, ejaculation is difficult to feel with a barrier.
Or you may have become less sensitive. I can't really think of any other reason.
