                                            TIA likely, needs work up
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Difficulty forming words getting better on its own at the age of 69 is likely an indication of a TIA ( transient ischemic attack) and should be evaluated with some work up as such incidents are a risk factors for stroke, Echo, ecg, carotid artery doppler and lipid profile is some of the baseline work up you need. Good diet and lifestyle, reduced caloric intake, exercise, and also use of lipid lowering agents like statin analogs, antiplatelets agents and strict control of metabolic profile like blood glucose and blood pressure etc.
I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
