Question : iAM DIABETIC PATIENT FOR THE LAST 20 YEARS.AT PRESENT IAM 57.NOW A DAYS THERE IS ERRECTION PROBLEM FOR ME AND NOT GETTING ORGASAM ALSO.CAN I TAKE TABLETS LIKE NANOLEO?

no spontanous errection.At present my blood sugar level is fasting 130-150 and p.p is 165-180.HbA1C is 7.3.My blood pressure is almost normal.No other serious health problems.

Dear Friend
This seems to be Diabetic Neuropathy/ Autonomic dysfunction related Erectile Dysfunction.
In such situations i advise following:
1. To take Methylcobalamine supplement
2. To use Sildenafil as on when required basis. Start with 25 mg 30 minutes prior to desired sex and to increase it upto 50 mg if no response seen. Make sure the cardiac status is normal before using it.
3. To get Ultrasound doppler studies of genital vessels.
