What Causes Difficulty In Inhaling Breath When In Cold Atmosphere?
Question: Feeling difficult for inhaling in cold atmosphere and dusty places.
As during my childhood was hit by ball on my nose. Due to hitting there has been slight deviation in nose geometry.

Thanks for the query.
I have read your query , reviewed your medications and understand your concern.
As per your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having deviated nasal septum (DNS) with allergy. DNS is a very common problem and if mild does not need any treatment.
If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you to do investigation like CT Scan Nose with sinuses (Plain) to know cause for nasal obstruction & any disease inside sinuses .
Stop using nasal drops they are habit forming. If use more than 7 days , nasal drops itself causes nasal obstruction .
Till then use ,
Salt water gargle twice daily ,
Saline nasal spray thrice daily like solspre ,
Combination Steroid nasal spray with antihistamine 2 puff each nostril twice daily like Duonase /Nezalast nasal spray .
Gargle with water 20 mins after nasal spray use to remove any spray coming to throat .
You will need to see your doctor to get a prescription for Combination Steroid nasal spray & Investigation CT Scan Nose with sinuses (Plain) .
Initial few days will be difficult without nose drops.
