Brief Answer:
hormonal imbalance needs to be corrected

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,I got your detailed information.I am sorry for your condition.I understand your concern.
In my opinion the weight gain in your case might be due to hormonal abnormalities like hypothyroidism and polycystic ovarian disease or viceversa. The weight gain and the hypothyroidism and PCOD are interrelated and lead to irregular cycles. The qalira tablet which you are on also might cause weight gain .
Hypothyroidism ,PCOD and endometriosis are some of the causes for infertility.
Dont worry once they are treated the fertility chances improve. For aiming pregnancy it would be good if TSH values are less than 2.5.
You might have been prescribed qalira and XXXXXXX for PCOD.But because there usage is associated with long term effects you might go laparoscopic puncturing of pcod cysts which results in better results improving the ovulation.
I came to know from your history that you are hypertensive and on enap. The 170 cm and 98 kg are not appropriate. So you need to decrease.
SymbioD also helps in body metabolism in obesity.
Avoid junk and high calorie food.Take nutritional and low calorie food.Exercises like aerobics ,brisk walking etc.Adopt a healthy lifestyle.
Avoid stress and anxiety as they are also the causes for infertility.
Madam weight reduction is a time taking process and should be done very organizedly.Suggestions from dietician also
might be helpful.
As hormonal pills might cause weight gain better go for another alternative for PCOD as I explained above. So discuss regarding that with your doctor.
Hormonal imbalance correction and weight reduction improves your fertility rate.
Continue glucophage as it improves the ovulation by decreasing the insulin resistance at ovary level.
Dont lose hope madam.Go on with positive attitude and determination to lose weight.
All the best.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss furthur.

Brief Answer:
Stress increases TSH level

Detailed Answer:

Hello dear,I got your query.I understand your concern.

In my opinion the conditions like stress ,fever ,eating brassicasse family veggies like cabbage and cauliflower also might increase the TSH levels. In your case stress might be the cause. But its not permanent .

When the cause is removed it might revert to normal.(like stress)

TSH levels start decreasing after 5 to 6 days of intake of Euthoryx. And testing is to be done after 2 weeks after starting the treatment to see the response.

So as 3.2 is normal I suggest you to take the opinion of an endocrinologist whether to continue taking Euthoryx or not as if any patient comes with such TSH level I might not suggest Euthoryx.

But the optimum TSH in pregnancy is less than 2.5 to avoid the complications associated with hypothyroidism.

Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss further.
