Question : I passed a kidney stone about a month ago from my kidney. I think it may be stuck in my urethra or bladder. I have to do intermittent self cathing because of a neurogenic bladder and if I do urinate it is a very weak stream. I have pain in the saddle area 9a sharp pain), feel like I need to urinate all the time and feel sick. Is this something I should go to the emergency room for? I do not think I will be able to pass it on my own due to the above issues.

I have gone through your query and would try to help you in the best possible way. As you are unable to pass urine properly even with self catheting so its better to visit hospital once. They will pass foley's catheter and you will be able to void completely. It will resolve the uneasiness. A Micturating Cystourethrogram(MCUG) may be of further help.
