Brief Answer:
Nothing worrisome if no symptom present...

Detailed Answer:
Hi there my dear,

Trying (force) to pass the urine early in the morning is not necessarily related to any health problem as long as you are feeling healthy.

If you are also having:
- pain
- burning
- itchiness

while passing the urine, that could be considered a problem.

It is great that you are going to run an ultrasound. If I was your caring doctor would also ask to do :
- vaginal swab testing (swabbing the vaginal mucosa before collecting urine)
- midstream urine analysis
- complete blood work

Depending on the tests results, specific treatment will be prescribed.

Meanwhile, I suggest to increase water intake during the day, and continue to be healthy as you are now.
