Brief Answer:
Partial Stenotic Phimosis with loose preputial skin /Under Evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Brief Ans- Partial Stenotic Phimosis with loose preputial skin /Under Evaluation

Hi Dear !! Thanks for the updated pictures.
Read and Reviewed your pictures in context to your health issues.

My diagnosis and Plan of Treatment Suggested-
You seem to suffer from-Partial Stenotic Phimosis with loose preputial skin.
The stenotic ring in the preputial skin is preventing the normal retraction of the preputial skin in your case. There is no infection to prevent the options of treatments given herewith below.

IN the given scenario-In My opinion-you have following options of treatment-

a-Non-Surgical correction of-the Partial stenotic Phimosis-by-
manual gradual dilatation with steroid creams-over a period of 3-6 weeks

b-Surgical Correction-for which you would need to -Consult with Surgeon or Urologist-who would assess your case physically and would plan for -Circumcision Surgery-to correct the defect.
Recovery would be in 3-6 weeks.

Hope this would help you to plan for needful treatment on above suggested lines, with help of your attending doctors.

Dear,Hope this comprehensive and detailed reply would help you to resolve your health issues with help of your doctors there.
