Question : I difficult to swallow due to pain,excessive mouth watering,it feels it's the back top portion of my mouth that I feel a Constance pressure,can only sleep a couple of hours and definitely not eating and very little to drink,this is the 5th day of this

Hi,

THese are the measures you should take now.
1) ASPIRIN GARGLES with warm water
2) Suck on popsicles which can numb the area
3) You can take low dose pain killer like Naprosyn or MOTRIN 200mg.
4) Prefer extremely hot food after 30 minutes of pain killer
