Brief Answer:
Possible hypothermia?

Detailed Answer:
Hello Madam

I can certainly understand your concern.

It's very important that ye is investigated further through an upper GI Endoscopy to assess the cause for difficulty swallowing.

Currently he might be running into low body temperature., a condition known as hypothermia.

It's important to monitor for the body temperature.

It's necessary to give him hot liquids to drink in order to increase his core body temperature.

Consultation with a General physician at the easiest is advisable.

Monitor the blood glucose levels. They need correction if found in abnormal levels.

Post your further questions if any.
Thank you.
