Brief Answer:
Check urethra

Detailed Answer:
Hi

A slow stream of urine could be due to

a. prostate involvement- that you have already ruled out

b. the stricture of urethra- the passage through which the urine finally passes is the urethra. It is a tube like structure. This tube, with age or trauma or catheterization any time in the life may get thinner than usual. This is called stenosis. In fact the effect of the prostate involvement also comes from the compression of this tube by the prostate.

I will suggest that you go for a micturating cystourethrogram. This test will be able to tell us the actual dimensions of the urethra.
If found to be stenosed, you may have to undergo urethral dilatation

Best of luck
