Brief Answer:
Weakness and loss of strength of legs

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking Health Care Magic forum
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely related to nerve compression from lumbar region of spinal cord.As you had sciatica before, this can be condition of worsening of it.
It can be due to nerve compression from disc herniation or fracture and compression of vertebral body.
A physical examination by orthopedician can give clue for it and a X ray followed by MRI of Lumbosacral spine will needed to confirm it.
In case the condition is mild conservative therapy with NSAID drugs muscle relaxants Neurotropic drugs and physiotherapy work. But if there is serious nerve compression it should be corrected surgically.
Various surgical procedures are performed for that according to the condition.Hope this may help you.Let me know if any thing not clear.I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
